Wagner's Woodshed, LLC - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wagner's Woodshed, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of our products.
1. Processing Time
1.1 Standard Orders
All orders are made-to-order. Custom made items may take additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
1.2 Custom Orders
Custom orders may have longer processing times depending on the complexity and size of the order. The estimated processing time for custom orders will be provided during the consultation process.
1.3 Holidays and Weekends
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1.4 Furniture
When shipping a large piece of furniture, we will use either Uship,com or Coyotelogistics.com and provide you a shipping quote. Once agreed upon, the item will be processed and shipped. 
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
2.1 Domestic Shipping
We offer several shipping options within the United States:
•    Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.
•    Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.
•    Overnight Shipping: Delivery typically takes 1 business day after the order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier's availability.
2.2 Local Pickup and Delivery
For customers in our local area, we offer in-person pickup at our workshop or local delivery. Local pickup is free of charge, and local delivery fees, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please note that when you pick up your item from the shop, what happens to it after it leaves our possession is not our responsibility. 
2.3 International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Please contact us directly if you have specific international shipping inquiries, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping method selected. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3.1 Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions on select items or orders over a certain amount. Details of any free shipping offers will be provided on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order through the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak seasons. We will communicate any significant delays to you as soon as possible.
6. Shipping Damage and Lost Packages
6.1 Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
6.2 Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist in locating the package or provide a resolution.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Wagner's Woodshed, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the package.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return Policy in the Terms and Conditions Section 5 for information on how to return or exchange items. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
