This is the place if you don't feel like reading all the other stuff on here. This is everything you need to know about the woodshed and if I missed anything...ask away.
Who am I?
I'm Eric. I run the whole operation of Wagner's Woodshed. From the marketing, to web design, to social media, to all the labor of the product you order, everything is done by me. I'm kind of a one-man band.
Beyond the shed, I am a husband and a father of three. We're from a small rural area in central PA nestled below the mountains. If I'm not in the shed, I'm with my family.
Is this your main job?
Unfortunately...no. This is a side job that I'm trying to replace my main job someday. So things get busy.
Do you mass produce?
Usually not. I do try to make a few non-finished items if time permits for faster turnaround times. But most items are on a made to order basis.
With this not being your main job, how does this affect my order?
I take more time focusing on your order. It just takes longer to build, stain, paint, or whatever you request. It just takes a little longer than most.
What are your hours?
Good question. I don't have set hours. I base my hours on my main job, days off, kids schedules, and daily father/husband duties and responsibilities. However, I'm generally in the shed working from 2-5 everyday unless I am off from my regular job. If you email me, I generally respond within a few hours.
How long is the turnaround or how fast are you?
I generally tell locals anywhere from 1-2 weeks plus a few additional days of shipping.
Who do you ship with?
I generally ship with UPS or USPS. For larger items that cannot fit into a box, I contact third party carriers such as UShip or Shiply. That will be something we will have to discuss later.
Do you sell or give away contact information?
No. All information you give me address, phone, anyways of contact is for my business purposes only such as if I have a question I will reach out to you. Nothing on my end is given to anyone.
Do you do returns?
I stand by everything that leaves my shed. It depends. If it is my fault, I generally make it right in a certain time frame. If it is your fault, I'll fix it but it'll cost you. If it is the carrier's fault, come talk to me and we'll figure it out. More information see the Return Policy.
